Tengger people is the Society who live in the mountain Bromo in Probolinggo Regions - Pasuruan - Lumajang - Malang. Origin stories form the people of Tengger runaway soldiers and inhabitants of these when the Majapahit kingdom was attacked by Demak. To defend themselves the only way for them is fled, and they are build community at Tengger mountains. Tengger people have instructions that lead to sustainability in harmony life and brotherhood, as there is in sesanti pancasetia (five instructions loyalty), the culture Setya (obedient and respectful to the tradition), Setya discourse (the words must be in accordance with the act), Setya semaya (always fulfill a promise), like Setya (responsible for the task) and Setya partners (always build solidarity).
